As an approved open award center for The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award across New Zealand, our current focus lies in the beautiful Bay of Plenty. But we won’t stop there.
Our Trust is devoted to bolstering participation in the award and breaking down barriers that keep young individuals from embracing nature’s wonders.
Through targeted programs and generous financial support, we fulfill our core purpose: empowering young minds with educational and character-building experiences. We nurture personal responsibility, well-being, community engagement, leadership development, and a deep sense of stewardship for our nation and the natural world.

How can you get involved?
We have a range of sponsorship packages where you can support 40, 20 or 10 young people to participate in the DoE Award.
Becuase of the generous funding of our partners, the financial cost to each family is heavily reduced.
We are also able to supply the outdoor equipment and gear required for the trips such as waterproof jackets, backpacks, sleeping mats, fleece jersies and tents. This reduces the barriers to young people getting involved in the programme.
As well as aligning your organisation with a worthwhile outdoor adventure pursuit, there are a range of branding benefits that we can offer.
